Wilma Fullmer Williams, 70, passed away quietly June 17, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born July 16, 1939 to Bill and Nellie Fullmer in Springville, UT. She married Duaine E. Williams on June 20, 1959 in the Manti Temple.
She found great joy in many things in life and loved so many around her. She shared her joy in simple ways and served others quietly including 30 years baking the sacrament bread. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and spent many years working in the Relief Society, Primary and most recently serving in the Temple. She worked at the State Hospital and took personal care of several patients.
Wilma's loving legacy includes her husband Duaine; children, Bernice (Jon) Ferre of Sandy, Katie Jensen of Springville, Nellie (Todd) Fulton of Nephi, Duaine (Kasa) Williams of Spanish Fork and Elaine (Bryon) Griffiths of Delta. She has 28 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and her beloved Scotty dogs. She also leaves behind her sister, Dawn (Tom) Phipps of Cody, WY and brothers, Bill (Velma) and Joe (Tammy) Fullmer of Springville. She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Jonene and son-in-law Gale Jensen.
We will celebrate her life on Monday, June 21, 2010 at 11 a.m. in the LDS Chapel located at 1460 E 900 S, Springville. Friends may call on Sunday, June 20 at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E 200 S, Springville, from 6 to 8 p.m. or Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
