William Dale Howard

Dale was born October 14, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland. His parents are Ruthie and Felix Howard. He died at home on November 6, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his father, Felix Whaley Howard; stepfather, Guy Johnston; and stepbrother, Thomas Johnston.
He is survived by his mother, Ruthie Johnston; sister, Jeanne (Claude) Harvey of Middleton, Idaho; stepsister, Jean (Jr.) Stalnaher of Hiram, Ohio; stepbrother, Bill (Bev) Johnston of Springville, Utah; stepsister, Marty Stewart of California; stepsister, Diane (Steve) Jackson of Huntington, Utah; and stepsister, Mary (Noel) Olsen of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South in Springville. There will be a viewing held at the mortuary one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Springville City Cemetery.
