William V. Fullmer (Bill), 62, of Springville, passed away on January 31, 2011. He was born August 29, 1948 in Payson, UT to William W. & Nellie Humphries Fullmer.
Bill attended High School in Springville and was proud to be a Red Devil. He worked at Englund Hardware for several years, then going to Petersen Medical for 6 years, retiring from CUCIL in 2004.
He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He served as Elder Quorum President, as well primary teacher, but his favorite calling was when he was on the actives committee for 5 or more years. High Priest was his most recent.
He is survived by his wife Velma Ann (Lou), his four children: W. Andrew (Tona) Fullmer, Jennifer (Derek) Harper, Marjorie (Duane) Jensen, Angela Fullmer, and 11 grandchildren; sister, Dawn (Tom) Phipps, and brother, Joe (Tammy) Fullmer.
He was preceded, in death by his mother, father, and 2 sisters, Wilma & Jonene.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 4, 2011 at 1 p.m. in the LDS Chapel at 1440 E. 900 S., Springville. There will be a viewing held Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E. 200 S., Springville and at the church on Friday one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
