Vivian Val Christensen 82 of Springville passed away May 11 surrounded by family.
Born January 18, 1933 in Provo to Vivian J Christensen and Alene Adams Christensen.
He married Janice Lapreal Jenson July 9, 1953 in the Manti Temple. They had four children. He served in the Korean War 1953-1955. He worked most of his life at Bachman Foundry where he retired in 1996.
He was an avid Hunter with trips to Africa- Alaska and many points in between.
He is survived by his wife Janice, his sisters Peggy Haslom west valley, Jenav (Doug Day) California, Cindy Fowlkes Orem, his children Renason (Terry Christensen) Valerie (Tomking) Layne & Kevin all of Springville. 8 Grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday May 15, 2015 at 11 a.m, with a Viewing 1 hour prior to services at Wheeler Mortuary, in Springville.
