Susan Snedeger Jex

Susan Snedeger Jex, 59, our beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and daughter of God, passed away on December 11, 2008 in Springville, UT as the result of ovarian cancer. She was born April 20, 1949 in Midvale, UT to Don Q and Emily Evert Snedeger. She married Walter K. Jex September 11, 1965 in Springville, UT. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo Temple.



Susan was a devoted member of the LDS church and a faithful temple patron.



She is survived by her husband and 4 children: Tim, Todd (Shar), Monica (Michael) Johnson, Tyler (Kathryn); 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; her dog Jasmine; her father Don and 5 siblings: Gerald, Emily, Golden and Cynthia. She was preceded in death by her mother and 2 brothers.



Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the LDS Church at 345 E Center, Springville, UT. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E 200 S, Springville or Monday 1 hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in the Springville City Cemetery.



The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Garner and Vista Hospice for their care of Susan. Donations may be made to the family to help with medical and funeral costs.
