Stanley Ronald Olsen, age 66 of Springville, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2008. He was born January 18, 1942 in Orem, Utah to Rodney Glen Olsen and Thelma Lucile Marrott. He married Joene Clark in Orem, Utah on November 12, 1966.
Stanley enjoyed gardening, woodworking, hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of Springville, three sons and two daughters: Correnia Jo Healey of Springville, Nova Jean Thobe of Springville, James Ray Olsen of Springville, Stanley Craig Olsen of Provo and Shane Dale Olsen of Oregon; 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville. There will be a viewing at the mortuary Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Tuesday one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
