Shauna Christine Ryser

Shauna Christine Ryser, 45 of Springville, UT, died May 16, 2008 in Springville, due to Metachromatic Leukodystrophy, a rare genetic illness she developed as a young adult. She was born September 24, 1962 in San Gabriel, CA. and raised by her parents, John H and Linda Hampton-Varley Shepherd.
Over her lifetime Shauna lived in CA and for the last 3 years she has called Hobble Creek Care Center her home. Our family credits her amazing quality of life to their excellent care and compassionate care providers. We could never thank them enough.
She is survived by her parents of Provo, her sister, niece and nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and many, many loving friends, care providers and extended family members.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, May 19, 2008 at 3 p.m. at the Hobble Creek Care Center, 469 North Main, Springville, UT.
