Rosalie Donohue Kapteyn
April 19, 1931 — November 22, 2008
Rosalie Donohue Kapteyn, born April 19, 1931 in a log cabin in Talmage, Utah to Murl B. and Myrtle Donohue, died November 22, 2008. She married Maurice D. Forbush. From this union were born five children: Roseanna Kirkpatrick, M. Don Forbush (Carly), Christie Banks (Lynn), Denise Heiselt (Danny), and T. Jay Forbush (Michele). They later divorced and she married Albert Kapteyn.
She is survived by her children; sister, Roxella Brown of Tooele and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers: John W. Donohue, Ned B. Donohue, Gerald Donohue, Rex Donohue and Ralph Donohue; and sisters, Lena May Williams and Dora Allgood.
Rosalie was raised in Duchesne County, graduating from Altamont High School. She loved her family, hunting, fishing and crocheting.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the LDS Chapel at 996 West Center Street in Springville. There will be a viewing held at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
