Robert Roneal Bluth

Robert Roneal Bluth was born on February 26, 1934 as the first child of Virgil and Emaline Pratt Bluth.  He passed away on April 30, 2016, in Washington, Utah.  Bob is survived by his lovely bride of 62 years, Jeanne K Thomas Bluth, 5 children:  Pamela Calvert (Kevin), Robert Randall “Randy” Bluth (Becky), Richard Roneal “Rick” Bluth (Sherie), Aundrea Esplin (Jayson), and Michael Thomas Bluth (Jill); 20 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Barton Rey Bluth and three siblings:  Barbara Ann, Frederick Lee, and Kathleen Bluth.

Bob was born in El Paso, Texas and grew up in Payson, Utah with 6 siblings:  Don, Fred, Brad, Sam, Suzanne and Jim.  Bob courted the lovely Jeanne K Thomas and married her in the LDS Salt Lake City Temple in 1953.  He graduated from Brigham Young University and spent his career as a professional engineer.  He and Jeanne raised their family in Provo, UT, San Jose, CA, and Colorado Springs, CO.  Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict.  He was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission with Jeanne in the Tennessee, Nashville Mission.

A viewing will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the LDS chapel located at 4461 Country Club Dr., St. George, UT.  A funeral service will follow at 11:30 AM.  A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Payson City Cemetery in Payson, UT.
