Norma Jean (Lee) Williams

Norma Jean Lee Williams, 89 of Springville, UT passed away peacefully on Monday, May 25, 2015. She was born August 11, 1925 in Springville, Utah, to Harry K and Fern Stevenson Lee. She married Boyd Williams September 21, 1944 in Vernal, UT.  They had four children.

Jean was a member of Springville's Sweet Adeline's singing group, the Timpanogos Gem and Mineral Society, and the Good Sam Club. She loved to crochet and knit and made many items as gifts for others. She and Boyd loved to travel and have been from Canada to Mexico and all across the United States and Alaska

She is survived by her sister, Bette Lee Russell; her children Susan (Wayne) Shurtleff, Laura (Andy) Peck, and John Boyd (Tracy) Williams, 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd, a daughter, Marilyn Clements, and a grandson, Justin Shurtleff.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Wheeler Mortuary.
