Nancy Mae Higgins

Nancy Mae Beardall Higgins of Springville died from a brain aneurysm at Utah Valley Hospital on April 5, 2025.

She was born on July 9, 1945, to Oran Leon Beardall and Blanche Marie Rasmussen. Nancy had five brothers, Gerald, Earl, Neal, Phillip, and Kevin.

Nancy married Roy Edward Higgins and later divorced. They had five children Marie, Ryan, Jeff, Aaron, and Blake. Nancy has 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, whom she loved very much.

Nancy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in many callings during her life. She quilted, made dresses for her dolls that she won awards for, and crocheted.

Nancy is survived by her children Jeff (Dalene), Aaron (Shana), and Blake (Christina). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and her brothers Phillip (Wanda) and Kevin.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Marie, her son Ryan, her parents, and brothers Gerald, Earl, and Neal, as well as great-grandson Bentlie.

A viewing for family and friends will be held from 12-1 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Wheeler & Sundberg Funeral Home, 211 East 200 South, Springville, Utah. A graveside service will be held following the viewing starting at 1:00 p.m. at Springville Evergreen Cemetery at 1997 South 400 East, Springville, Utah.
