Max (Morgan) Johnson, age 71, passed away in Provo, Utah to be with his wife, Pat: dad, Max; brother, David, and also his infant son, Michel. Max was born the oldest of six children on December 14, 1941 to Max and Ila Johnson. He leaves behind his mother, Ila Johnson; brothers: Ken, Clark (Jan), Warren (Taresa); one sister, Ila Kay (Randy) Sperry; and many nieces and nephews.
After his tour in Vietnam, he came home and married Pat. They lived in Mapleton, Utah while he worked for Springville City where he made a lot of friends. After his retirement, they moved to Hurricane, Utah where it was warm. Max had another family in Hurricane known as JB's Restaurant Family. The family up here would like to thank them for their friendship and care they gave him over the years. Also, they would like to thank the Legacy Care Center for the care they gave Max the short time he was there.
There will be graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery with full military rites. Friends and family may gather at the graveside to pay their final respects.
Morgan you will be greatly missed by your family and friends. We love you and we will meet again.
