Martha Moody Fleming

Mrs. Martha M. Fleming, of Springville, UT, passed away October 1, 2008 at the age of 91. She was born June 27, 1917 in Thatcher, AZ.



She lived most of her married life in Ajo, Arizona where she owned and ran a Flower Shop and upon retiring moved with her husband, Irvan W. Fleming, to Ririe, ID and then to Vernal, UT. After the death of her husband in 2004, she lived with each of her children and in 2008 she chose to live with her two daughters, Sandy and Linda in Springville, UT.



She leaves nine children: Mrs. Judy Bradshaw, Sandy and Linda Fleming, J. Karl Fleming, Mrs. Luana Romney, Thomas W. Fleming, Mrs. Martha Allen, Michael I. Fleming and a foster daughter, Mrs. Alta Zenonian. She also leaves 40 Grandchildren and 42 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a brother Karl Moody, a sister, LaVerda Shaw and one granddaughter, Michelle Fleming.



There will be a viewing Friday, Oct. 3rd at the Wheeler Mortuary in Springville, UT from 6 8 p.m. and then she will be transported to Mesa, AZ for funeral services, Monday, Oct. 6th at the Pueblo Stake Center, with a viewing from 9 10 a.m. and services starting at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix, AZ.
