Margaret Jean O’Connor Klauser “Peggy”, 69, of Springville, Utah, passed away Tuesday, 7 April 2020. She was born 13, April 1950, in Evergreen Park, Illinois, to Peter Leo O’Connor and Mary Lorraine Kalb. She married Steven Edgar Klauser on 10, June 1983 in Twentynine Palms, California and they were sealed for eternity on 29, April 1989 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Los Angeles, California Temple. She received her Bachelor of Science Nursing from BYU.
Peggy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild with all her heart. Peggy was a superior registered nurse for over twenty-seven years, specializing in labor and delivery. She earned several awards as an RN and was called by many hospitals when there was a mother or baby in danger during a difficult delivery. She received many Christmas cards for years from mothers who felt that Peggy had saved their or their babies life. She delivered several babies by herself when the doctor was late. Peggy was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, serving in multiple callings in the church for many years. She was a faithful worshiper at the temple and had a special love for the Saint George, Utah temple.
We will always love and miss her but are so very grateful that we have the absolute knowledge that she has been able to return to our Heavenly Father and be with those who went before her.
Peggy is survived by her husband Steven of Springville, daughter Kerri (John) Young, and two sons, John Peter Klauser and Kevin Adam Klauser, all of Springville; five grandchildren, John Royal, Megan Riley (Thomas) Wilkes, Cameron Steven, Andrew James and Eliza Rose, all of Springville.
