Leland Boyd Chapman

Leland Boyd Chapman of Springville, Utah passed away December 27, 2015 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo. He was born to Francis H. and Thelma W. Chapman December 10, 1946 in Payson, UT.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission in Denmark. He was a temple worker and home teacher.
Leland loved children, art, reading and to tease.
He is survived by two sons: Lee and Kevin Chapman; one daughter, Kelly Ann Holmes; two grandchildren; his mother, Thelma Chapman; and his sister, Danna Gray. He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Kelly Chapman; and sisters, Annette Carlson and Cathy Allman.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the Kolob 7th Ward Chapel at 840 S. 400 E., Springville with a viewing from 9:45 to 10:45 prior to the services. Interment will follow at the Payson City Cemetery.
