LaRayne Jensen Hansen, 81, of Springville passed away peacefully in her sleep March 4, 2014 at Bel Aire Senior Living in A.F.
Born in March, 1932 in Springville to Allie M. and Charlotte Jensen. LaRayne grew up in Springville and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married Don F. Hansen on July 14, 1950 together they had three sons Michael D., Kelly J., Cary Dale.
LaRayne was preceded in death by husband Don F. Hansen, parents, siblings Bernice Rowe, Lucille Ollerton, Melva Houser. Survived by her three sons Michael D. (Lori), Kelly J., and Cary Dale (Debbie deceased) 9 grand- children, 20 great-grand children.
Her hobbies included camping, dancing, day rides in the car, visiting friends and family, sporting events and other activities that involved her children, grand-children and great-grand children. LaRayne was an avid BYU Fan.
The family would like to thank all the close friends, neighbors, family members that made moms life so rich over the years.
A viewing will be held Saturday, March 8, 2014 from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm prior to the services at 1:00 pm. Both functions will be held at the Springville First Ward at 600 East 245 South, Springville. Burial will take place at Springville Evergreen Cemetery located at 1997 South 400 East, Springville, Utah.
The Family would also like to thank the staffs of First Choice Health Care and Hospice and Bel Aire Senior Living for their loving care of mom.
