Keven Royt Holm

Keven Royt Holm of Springville, died on September 11, 2007. He was fifty-four years old.



Keven was a hardworking man who provided for and loved his family. He was born in Provo, Utah on May 24, 1953 to John Douglas and Raeola Kelsey Holm. He attended Springville schools where he participated in A Cappella, debate, speech and theatre. He served as the Senior Class President of SHS in 1971. Keven served an honorable mission in Taipei, Taiwan from 1972 to 1974 and attended BYU for one year on a scholarship. He married Annette Rawle, for time and eternity, in the Manti Temple on February 15, 1975. Ever a hard worker, Keven worked as a painter before laboring in the door business. He worked for G&L Doors, Watts Lumber and Anderson Lumber (now Stock Building Supply). After designing the door shop for Anderson Lumber in West Jordan, he worked as the door shop manager for many years.



Keven was handy with tools and loved old cars, of which he owned and worked on many over the years. He enjoyed singing and playing the guitar and had a great sense of humor. He loved and was loved by his neighbors. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served as a home teacher, scoutmaster, ward financial clerk, Elder's Quorum President, Bishop's Counselor and Stake High Counselor. He also served with his wife as a Stake Missionary.



Keven Holm was a humble, unpretentious man who cared about others and their suffering. He is survived by his wife of over 32 years, Annette Rawle Holm of Springville; children, Cherranne Holm, Springville; Keven Douglas Holm (Heather), Holladay; Clifford Rawle Holm (Jenna) Springville; Megan May Holm, Logan; and John Royt Holm, Springville. He is also survived by his mother, Raeola Kelsey Holm, Springville; brother, Kyle W. Holm (Teresa) Orem; and four sisters, Laura White (Gil), Sandy; Heather Holm, Springville; Elizabeth Stuart (Kevin), Springville; and Kathryn Clark (Tom), American Fork. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Steven Holm.



Funeral Services will be held at the Hobble Creek West Stake Center, 555 S. 600 E, Springville, Utah on Monday, September 17, at 11:00 AM. A viewing will be held at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E 200 S, Springville on Sunday, September 16th from 6:00-8:00 PM.
