Karen Burnett Watson, born in Rehobeth, New Mexico on April 29, 1967 to Charles and Nadine Burnett, passed away peacefully January 2, 2015 at her home in Springville surrounded by family. She married Brian Lee Watson on February 21, 1987 in St. George, Utah; they were later sealed on December 10, 1991 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Karen enjoyed traveling with family, bowling, four-wheeling, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served faithfully in a variety of callings.
Karen is survived by her beloved husband, Brian Lee Watson, her three children, Kevin (Jennifer) Watson, Susan (Wyatt) English, and Shawn Watson, and two grandchildren with another on the way.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Kolob Stake Center located at 1230 South 500 East, Springville, UT. An evening viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 6-8pm at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
