1927 ~ 2013
Commodore Perry Stalnaker, Jr., 85 years of age, passed away Friday July 19, 2013 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna, Ohio. Born in Coalton, West Virginia on October 12, 1927, he was the son of the late Commodore Perry and Agnes (Jaggie) Stalnaker, Sr.
A resident of the Hiram area since 1975, Mr. Stalnaker had been the Manager of Johnson Farm in Hiram for 25 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of the Presidency of the Founding Branch of the Hiram Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints.
On August 14, 1950, he married Lima Jean (Johnston) Stalnaker who survives at their residence. Also surviving are his children Steven (Colleen) Stalnaker of Indianapolis, Indiana, David (Maria) Stalnaker of Macomb, Michigan, Joseph (Mitzi) Stalnaker of Caty, Texas, Diana (Roger) Storm of Strongsville, Ohio and Mary (Joe Brown) Stalnaker of Mantua. Also surviving are his sisters Elizabeth (Sister Theresa Regina) of New York, Gertrude (Charles) Hudio of Parma, 22 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Shirley Robertson.

at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E. 200 S., Springville from 10 a.m. to 12 noon followed by graveside services in the Springville City Cemetery.
