Jeremy Dudley Leavitt passed away October 17, 2014 at his home. He was born in Spanish Fork, UT, March 7, 1955 and grew up in Springville, UT. Throughout his life he also spent time in Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada and Alaska. He then settled in Hideaway Valley. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing in Utah as well as in Alaska.
He is preceded in death by his father, Porter R. Leavitt; mother, Nyda Perkins Leavitt; brothers: Ron and Doug Leavitt. He is survived by the love of his life, Rae Leavitt and his three daughters: Shana (Aaron) Higgins, Sheila (Kevin) Hipskind and Tosha (Tyler) Leavitt; 3 granddaughters, 4 grandsons and 1 great grandson as well as his siblings, Lynn (Helga) Leavitt, Pauline (Bruel) Bowen, Nancy Nuttall, Cathy (Robert) Olsen and Carolyn Skypes.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
