James G. Giles, age 77, of Springville, Utah, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. He was born to James M. and Edna Giles on August 2, 1936 in Springville. He was raised in Springville. His parents preceded him in death, along with his beloved wife Bonnie B. (Robertson) Giles, who passed away in September 2013. Both Jim and Bonnie were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He married Bonnie Robertson on February 25, 1960 in Ely, Nevada. His is survived by his four children, James Boyd Giles of Roosevelt; Jana Lee MacDonald (Mike) of Spanish Fork; William Todd Giles (Lynette) of Carson City, Nevada; and Jennifer Lyn Reber of Roosevelt; 12 grandchildren; and, two great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his brother Ron and his wife, Jane; his brother Stan and his wife, Pam; his sister Carma and her husband, Norm King; his sister Pat and her husband, Bill Webber; and, his brother David and his wife Kathy.
A viewing for friends and family will be held on Sunday, November 10 th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 11 th at 11:00 a.m. at Spanish Fork Cemetery.
