Gayleen Francis Memmott

Gayleen Francis Memmott, unexpectedly passed away at her home July 24, 2024. She was born February 5, 1967, in Payson, Utah. She was the first child of J Wayne and Linda Gay Lee Francis. She grew up in Payson, where she graduated from Payson High School in 1985. 

 She married Larry Thomas Menlove, and they were blessed with two sons, Clinton Thomas and Conner Duran Menlove. She married Ronald Leland Cox, and they were blessed with a son, Cameron Douglas Cox. She later married Tim Memmott and was the proud step-mother of his children, Ryan, Desiree, Clint, and Shania. 

 She worked at Signetics as well as many years with Diamond L Embroidery. She also studied and graduated from the American Institute of Medical Technology in nursing.

 She is survived by her husband, Tim Memmott, her children, Clint and Conner, Menlove, Cameron (Brandi) Cox, her grandchildren, Everest, Ridlee, Owen, and Oliver Menlove. Her father, J Wayne (Pauline) Francis, her siblings, Laura (John) Collings, Charlotte (Cole) Steele, Jared (Nicole) Francis, and MeLisa (James) Lawson. She was preceded in death by her sweet mother, Linda Gay Lee Francis. 

 Gayleen loved her children and her grandchildren. They were truly the joy of her life. She made friends wherever she went and was selfless and loyal to her family, friends, and loved ones. She will be missed. 

 A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 1, 2024, at the Wheeler Mortuary, (211 East 200 South) in Springville, Utah. 

 A viewing for friends and family will be held from 9:30-10:45 A.M. with a funeral service following at 11 A.M. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery, (1997 South 400 East) in Springville.
