Fay LaMar Perry returned to his Heavenly Father on April 12, 2013 in Lehi, UT where he was a resident at the Beehive Home. He was born on November 20, 1927, in Salem, UT to Marquis Delbert Perry and Helen May Warren. He lived m Mapleton, UT with his Grandparents Marquis LaFayette Perry and Phoebe Jane Fullmer until he was 10 years old. At that time his Father remarried and he moved with him to Provo, UT. He resided there until he joined the Navy in 1946.

He married Bonnie Annie Bradford of Spanish Fork. UT, on June 8, 1948. They resided in Southern CA for 29 years where he worked as a Maintenance Electrician for Kaiser Steel in Fontana. CA. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He served as a Stake Missionary and always had a soft spot in his heart for the Hungary missionaries. He also served as a High Priest. He was a member of the Police Reserves. He loved to go deep sea fishing, hunting and working in his huge gardens. Every vacation he ever went on ended up in Utah. He loved the state he grew up in and longed to retire there. He built a new home in Mapleton, UT and moved there in 1980 to enjoy his retirement and his beloved Maple Mountain. After moving to UT, he later obtained a position at UTA in Provo as a bus driver where he worked for 10 years. He met his second wife, Alice Gaertner on one of his bus routes and was married to her for 10 years. He spent the last 10 years of his life being lovingly cared for at the Courtyard of Jamestown in Provo and the Beehive House of Lehi. UT.

Fay is survived by his children: Susan Davis, Maria Templeton, Patricia Laulu, Warren Perry and Leica Underwood: his brother Allen B Perry and his sister Anna Mae Manzaneres; 9 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.

There will be a viewing held on Friday evening, April 19, 2013 at Wheeler Mortuary, 82 W. 400 N., Mapleton from 6 pm to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the LDS Chapel located at 31 West Maple St., Mapleton, UT on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 11 am. There will be an additional viewing conducted at this chapel from 10 am to 10:45 am. Interment will be at the Evergreen Cemetery, Springville, UT.
