Deborah Fay Pelfrey, 56, got to go home on Wednesday, 29 August 2012 after a long battle with liver disease. She has lived the past several years in Spanish Fork, Utah.
Deborah is survived by her parents Bonna Rae Farmer Lucasse (Jean), and E C Pelfrey (Barbara), her sisters Patty Pelfrey (Sheldon), Susan Waetje, Cathy Jones (Rick), Cindy Hess (Bob), her sister-in-law Connie, and her extended family. She is preceded in death by her brother Steve and her grandparents.
Debbie attended schools in Seattle and Phoenix and later attended Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. Debbie enjoyed people, collecting, and her work as a real estate agent and postal worker. The greatest joy in her life was her son Joshua Seth Taylor (JoAnne) and her grandchildren Zachary, Alexa, Troy, Jordyn, and Logan - all of Phoenix, Arizona. Debbie faced many challenges in life but despite her struggles she always retained an optimistic attitude and was noted for her red hair, freckles, and exceptionally generous heart.
Graveside services will be held Saturday 1 September 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Springville, Utah. Family and friends are invited.
