Daniel Stewart Randolph, 52, of Springville, Utah passed away unexpectedly on Sunday March 14, 2021. Daniel was born at Sandia Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Friday, October 25, 1968 to Donald David Randolph and Mary Carolyn Rice Randolph. Dan was sealed to his family in the Washington D.C. temple on May 20, 1975. Daniel married Angela Thorn on May 11, 2012.
Daniel delivered newspapers for several years and was a delivery driver for Honey & Grains Bakery in Springville for over 15 years. He was an exemplary employee, very dependable, one who always went the extra mile, doing even more than he was asked. Dan became good friends with all of his customers because of his friendliness and because he had a genuine care and concern for them and for the success of their businesses. Dan was a big fan of football and basketball. His passion was 80' s hard rock music. A few of his favorite bands were KISS, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, and Black Sabbath. He had a collection of hundreds of albums, and he knew the name of every album, song, artist, and even year that each song was released. Dan enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially time with Angela. He was a good and helpful son, a kind and loyal brother, and a supportive and loving husband to Angela. She has been the greatest light and blessing in his life, his true love.
Daniel is survived by his wife Angela; his father, David Randolph of Payson, Utah; his four sisters: Becky Westercamp (Jared) of Mapleton, Utah; Amy Cox of Provo, Utah; Ruth Broderick (Nick) of Pleasant Grove, Utah; Mary Binkley (Scott) of Bluffdale, Utah; and one brother: Benjamin (Shantil) of Ivins, Utah. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Randolph and his brother Christopher Randolph.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Springville 5ᵗʰ Ward Chapel located at 245 South 600 East in Springville, Utah. A viewing for friends and family will be held Saturday morning just prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
