Colleen Ludlow Drollinger, age 77, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 25, 2008, from complications of age. She was born January 6, 1931, in Spanish Fork, Utah, to Francis Raymond Ludlow and Edith Jones.
After serving an LDS mission to the Samoan islands, she married Richard O. Drollinger on June 23, 1966, in the Salt Lake temple.
Colleen was an educator and served her church and her community. She is survived by her husband, Richard; her siblings, LaPreal Mower, and Don L. Harward; her friend, Shirley Cook; her children, Dyana (Chip) Whitmer, Derek, Jason, and Jenni; and her grandsons, Dallin, Jared, Joshua, Kaika, Nathan, Matthew, and A.J.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, September 28, from 6 to 8 pm at
Wheeler's Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville, and on Monday,September 29, at 12 noon, at the Spring Creek First Ward chapel 860 East 200 North, Springville. Funeral services will be on Monday, September
29, at 1 pm, at the Spring Creek First Ward chapel. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Springville.
