Christine Ratos Morrison

On Monday July 29th, 2024, Christine (Ratos) Morrison, 68, passed away in her Springville Utah home surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. She was born December 27th, 1955 to James and Mildred Ratos. 

Christine married Bruce Charles Morrison on May 21st, 1988 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Provo Utah. Together they raised Christine’s two sons, Skylar and Randy Spainhower.

Christine was a zealous preacher of the Good News of God’s Kingdom ever since she was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on June 6th, 1982.

Christine loved spending time with her family, often taking walks together with them up Hobble Creek Canyon. One of her favorite things in life was spending time with her grandchildren Aurora Christine and Jonah James Spainhower. She would take any opportunity that came along to babysit them and loved playing hide and seek with them.

Christine is proceeded in death by her father and mother James and Mildred Ratos and her sister Catherine (Ratos) Titcomb. She is survived by her husband Bruce Morrison, her brother James Ratos Jr, her sister Diane (Ratos) Davis, her children Skylar and Julie Spainhower, Randy and Jill Spainhower, Tracie and Shaun Mallet and Michael Morrison and her grandchildren Aurora and Jonah Spainhower, Trenten and Trinity Mallet and Aunalisa Glauser.

A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses (491 N 1280 W, Provo, Utah 84601) on Saturday August 10th, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
