Carole Jean Hemingway Griffeth, 54, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on April 20, 2014 in her home. She was born May 8, 1959 in Bakersfield, Kern, California, to Kenneth Paul and Mary Frances Snarr Hemingway.
She married Kim Dallas Griffeth on September 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She is survived by her husband, Kim and their son, Michael Paul. Sisters, Bonnie Louise and Dean Rowley, Suzanne Elaine, Mary Kathleen (Kathy) and Mark Warner, Margaret Ellen and Eric Raine, and one brother, Dennis Paul and Robyn Hemingway of Arlington, Texas. Also many nieces and nephews and special Grandma and Grandpa Del and Kathryn Gardner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mary, and a beloved sister Linda Frances. Also her in-laws Dallas and Peggy Griffeth.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E. 200 S., Springville with a viewing one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Springville Historic Cemetery, 200 W. 400 S., Springville.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations for funeral expenses.
