Bernice Warner Beardall passed away at her home in Springville, 7 Dec 2007. She was the oldest of 10 children of Elisha & Elsie Robertson Warner, born in Spanish Fork, 21 July 1910. She graduated from Spanish Fork High School as valedictorian in 1928. She married Owen H. Beardall, 21 March 1932, in the Salt Lake Temple.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1970; her parents and six brothers: Max, Clifford, Ross, Reed, Leo, Heber; and a sister, Leone. Bernice passed away on her mother's birthday, which was also her mother's death date.
She is survived by her children: Colleen (Duane) Binks, Orem; Beth (Ferrus) Larsen, Mapleton; Janice (Richard) Murphy Livermore, CA; Armel (Sheri), Ogden; Nina (Douglas) Peterson, Springville and her sister, Evelyn Loveless of SLC. She has a large posterity whom she loves dearly; 38 grandchildren, 126 great-grandchildren and 26 great-great grandchildren.
Upon the death of her mother, she immediately moved to Salt Lake for 4 years to care for her father, who was a sealer in the Salt Lake Temple and went with him as a patron every week.
She served in the Primary, Sunday School and as a Relief Society president. She was an active member of the D.U.P. Her most joyous church service was working in the Provo Temple for 20 years.
Funeral services will be held on Tues., Dec. 11, 2007 at 1 pm at the Kolob 8th Ward, 840 S 400 E Springville. Viewings will be Mon., Dec 10, 6 to 8 pm at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E 200 S Springville and Tues. at the church, one hour prior to the services. Interment will be at the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
