Annie Alieen Searle Holt

Alieen Holt age 98, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great Great Grandmother and friend returned to her Heavenly Father on June 27, 2024, due to age. She was surrounded by her children in her final moments.

Alieen was born in Star (Mona) Utah. She was the first of 6 children to Lamar Daniel and Laura Price Searle. She graduated from Juab High School in Nephi, Utah. She married the love of her life Ned A Holt on August 27, 1949, they had 4 children. She loved camping, hunting, fishing and especially the Utah Jazz.

She proudly served 2 missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She thoroughly enjoyed serving on the singles after sixty cooking all their meals. Her passion was to cook and bake for family and friends. She also worked for the Foster Grand Parent program for 17 years at the Spanish Fork Park Elementary school and loved each of the kids calling her Grandma Holt and remembered them throughout the years if she ran into them.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ned who passed away March 27, 1977, her parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, a granddaughter and great grandson. Alieen is survived by her brother Glen Searle and children David (Diana) Holt (Ephraim), Becky (Dwayne) Ashby (South Jordan), Suzie Thompson (Salem) and Ron (Helen) Holt (Santaquin), 10 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren and 19 Great Great Grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on July 7, 2024 from 6 to 8 pm at Wheeler Mortuary located at 211 E 200 S Springville, Utah.

Funeral services will be held Monday July 8 at 11 am at the church located at 1006 E 200 S Spanish Fork Utah with a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 am prior to the services.

Interment will take place following the services in the Spanish Fork City cemetery.
