Annette Kate Ewell Nichols age 79 left this life on February 21, 2016. She is survived by her husband Myron Ray Nichols and her children, Kenneth Ray Nichols (Pat), Mark Lee Nichols (Lisa), Cindy Phillips (Brian), Robert William Nichols and his sweetheart Linda, Jane VanVactor (Larry), Joy Wheeler (Jason), David Nichols (Becky), Korena Heath (Joshua), and many grandchildren and great grandchildren,
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Hobble Creek West Stake Center, 555 S Averett Ave, Springville. Viewings will be held Friday, February 26, from 6-8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary 211 E 200 S, Springville, and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the services. Burial will be in the Provo City Cemetery.
The family wishes to express gratitude to all of those who helped with her care and especially those on the 7th floor of U.V.R.M.C for helping make her journey home peaceful.
