Albert Troy Tucker

Albert Troy Tucker, age 40 of Springville, Utah returned home to his Heavenly Father on August 26, 2009.



Troy was born on May 19, 1969 in Salt Lake City, UT Albert Ray Tucker and Joie Ann Holt.



Troy grew up in Springville, UT. He attended Springville High School and Utah Valley Technical College where he met his first wife, Stephanie Ellen Shinkle. They were married on August 12, 1988 and then later sealed in the Provo Temple with their two children Samuel Tyler Tucker and Jessica Erin Tucker on March 11, 1991. They later divorced.



Troy loved working and loved people. He started working at Circle C doing odd jobs when he was 12. He continued working in Springville for Utah Service. There he met his wife, Johanna Peterson. They were married on June 9, 1997 and were later sealed in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple with their two children, Andrew Jack Tucker and Sarah Katelyn Tucker on March 23, 2001.



Troy loved his career with Klauck Construction, which is where some of his closest friends have been. Kraig and Nancy Klauck are more like family, and have been such a blessing and support to Troy and his entire family. Troy also loved the outdoors and spending countless hours with family and friends, his fun and mischievous ways will be surely missed. Troy had many talents, including knowing how to make people laugh. He was the kind of person that would do anything to help someone else, even if it meant him going without. He was very giving and always had a smile on his face while doing it. But by far he was a most wonderful, fun, loving, caring, and devoted father. He was so proud of the accomplishments of his children. They were his greatest pride and joy. His presence in his children's lives will greatly be missed.



Troy is survived by his wife Johanna (Peterson) Tucker; children: Samuel T. Tucker, Jessica E. Tucker, Andrew J. Tucker, and Sarah K. Tucker; parents: Joie A. (Holt) and Duaine K. McKenzie; siblings: Debbie K. (Philip) Truesdell, Curtis Wade Tucker, and Wendy K. (Aaron) Plake; nephews and nieces: Blake R. Mason, Blaine J. Walters, Amber Lee Mason, Amilya Mason, Rose Truesdell, Philip I.Truesdell, Christopher R. Tucker, Joshua A. Tucker, Shaylee K. Plake, Ashili J. Plake, Austin A. Plake and Waylon W. Plake. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Ray Tucker, and nephew, Austin Cale Tucker.



Services will be held at the Spring Creek Stake Center, 760 N. 400 E. Springville, UT on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 11 a.m. A visitation will be held at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E 200 S, Springville, UT, Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.



In lieu of flowers a trust fund has been set up in his name at Central Bank. All of the funds will go to support the need of his children.
